Overview

  • We are looking for a **detail-oriented Post Accountant** with hands-on experience in **SAP Business One** to manage accounting and financial operations efficiently.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure accurate posting of transactions, assist in month-end closing, support VAT compliance, and maintain correct ledger mapping in SAP B1.
  • Posting **journal entries, invoices, payments, and accruals** accurately in SAP Business One.
  • Maintaining and verifying **SAP B1 Ledger Mapping** to ensure transactions are posted to the correct GL accounts.
  • Reconciling **accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger**.
  • Assist in **month-end and year-end closing** procedures.
  • Prepare **VAT reports and submissions** for FTA compliance.
  • Maintain proper **documentation and filing** for internal and external audits.
  • Identify process improvements to **increase efficiency and accuracy** in SAP B1 accounting.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of **UAE VAT, Accounting Standards (IFRS), and bookkeeping principles**.
  • Hands-on experience with **SAP Business One** (posting, reporting, ledger mapping, modules like AR, AP, GL, Inventory).
  • Excellent Excel skills (**VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot tables**) for reporting and analysis.
  • Attention to detail and strong **analytical skills**.
  • Ability to work independently and meet **deadlines**.
