Nihon Kohden Middle East is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Riyadh.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, and support financial reporting and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable, expenses, and customer transactions in line with company policies
- Record financial transactions accurately using accounting systems.
- Handle payroll processing in compliance with Saudi regulations (WPS – Wage Protection System)
- Ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements (VAT, e-invoicing)
- Perform monthly reconciliations (payables, receivables, bank, inventory)
- Support month-end and year-end closing, audits, and reporting
- Coordinate with banks, government entities, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Saudi tax laws, ZATCA regulations, and financial compliance
- Experience with payroll systems and WPS processes in Saudi Arabia
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- CPA, CMA, or relevant certification is an advantage
