Job Title: Accountant

Location: Riyadh

Job Description: The company is seeking to hire an Accountant to join its team at its headquarters in Riyadh.

The candidate should have practical experience in accounting and financial operations, with the ability to prepare financial reports and follow up on collections, in addition to performing administrative and office tasks related to the finance and accounting department.

Requirements:

1- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.

2- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial accounting.

3- Fluent in English (spoken and written).

4- Professional classification from the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).

5- Proficiency in computer skills and accounting software.

6- Strong organizational skills and high accuracy in preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Prepare periodic financial reports and submit them to management.

2- Communicate with relevant external parties when required.

3- Prepare and monitor budgets and related financial reports.

4- Record accounting entries and monitor daily financial transactions.

5- Follow up on collections and ensure outstanding payments are received from clients.

6- Visit clients when necessary to complete collection procedures.

7- Monitor issued and received invoices and ensure they match financial transactions.

8- Prepare reports related to expenses and revenues.

9- Coordinate and deal with the external accounting office.

10 Organize and archive financial and accounting documents and records.

11- Perform administrative and office tasks related to the finance department.

12- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial operations and compliance with approved procedures.

Working Days: Sunday – Thursday

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Salary: Starting from SAR 5,000 (to be determined after the interview).
