About This Role
Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage and maintain accurate financial records for our operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording day-to-day financial transactions, reconciling accounts, supporting tax and regulatory compliance, and helping ensure proper financial reporting and control.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, and financial documentation
· Record daily financial transactions including invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries
· Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile vendor, customer, and general ledger accounts
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
· Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and expense control
· Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations, tax requirements, and ZATCA-related obligations
· Support VAT filings and maintain proper supporting documentation
· Assist with audits by preparing schedules, reports, and requested documents
· Maintain organized filing of financial records and supporting documents
· Coordinate with internal teams and external parties such as auditors, banks, and suppliers
· Follow up on vendor payments, monitor payment status, and maintain accurate tracking records to ensure timely processing and resolution of outstanding items
