Seeking a Professional Accountant
We are seeking an
Accountant
to join our team.
In Riyadh or Taif
Key Responsibilities
- **Sales Tracking:**
- Record daily sales via Foodics and delivery apps (Jahez, Hungerstation, etc.).
- **Reconciliation:**
- Match bank transfers with financial reports for accuracy.
- **Expense Management:**
- Log all operating costs (rent, salaries, purchases, and commissions).
- **VAT & Tax:**
- Handle monthly VAT filing and issue ZATCA-compliant invoices.
- **Audit:**
- Review delivery app invoices and verify commission rates.
- **Reporting:**
- Prepare weekly/monthly Sales, P&L, and Cost reports.
- **Inventory Control:**
- Manage stock levels, conduct monthly audits, perform product costing, and monitor waste.
- **Accounting Systems:**
- Proficiently use platforms like Wafeq, Qoyod, or Daftra.
- **Archiving:**
- Maintain organized digital records for auditing.
