• Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management

  • Manage full cycle accounting (AP, AR, GL, payroll, bank reconciliations)
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure accurate recording of transactions
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budgets
  • Handle intercompany accounting if required

• Tax & Compliance

  • Manage ZATCA compliance
  • Prepare and submit:
  • VAT returns
  • Withholding tax
  • Any other statutory filings
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor and financial regulations

• Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare management reports for decision making
  • Analyze financial performance and highlight risks or inefficiencies
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities

• Coordination & Controls

  • Maintain internal financial controls
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities
  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
  • Required QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certifications (SOCPA, CPA, ACCA) preferred
  • Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of accounting experience
  • Proven experience in Saudi Arabia
  • Experience with SMEs, holding companies, or multi-entity structures is a plus
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of VAT & ZATCA regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong understanding of IFRS
  • Languages

  • English: Fluent (spoken & written)
