Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated financial analysis, journal entries, and accounting reasoning for accuracy.
• Apply structured rubrics to assess GAAP, IFRS, or tax compliance in AI outputs.
• Identify calculation errors, reasoning gaps, and compliance issues.
• File clean evaluation tickets with clear written justification.
• Partner with finance and product teams on quality criteria.
• Contribute to rubric design for specific accounting domains.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, audit, or tax experience.
• Working knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, or tax regulations.
• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar).
• Clear written communication for documentation and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification.
• Experience evaluating AI or LLM output quality.
• Background in audit, tax, or financial reporting.
• Excel modeling proficiency.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
