Overview
We're looking for a dedicated and organized **Accountant** to join our team for immediate employment.
The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth financial operations within the company.
Preference will be given to candidates holding a **Spouse Visa**.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, bank reconciliations and financial statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management.
- Process accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely payment and collections.
- Monitor cash flow, forecast financial trends and assist with budgeting.
- Prepare tax invoices for customers.
- Prepare VAT return.
- Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist Finance Manager in monthly stock takes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, ZOHO, Excel.
- Valid Spouse Visa preferred.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
