About the Role
We are currently hiring an experienced **Accountant** to support financial operations, pricing activities, and business decision-making within a leading organization in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **costing, budgeting, and financial analysis**, along with the ability to collaborate closely with business and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review **pricing for customer proposals** in coordination with management
- Provide financial insights and support to **Operations, Business Development, and Program Management teams**
- Assist in **day-to-day accounting activities** and financial processes
- Prepare reports, financial data, and analysis for internal stakeholders
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Handle ad-hoc financial reports and tasks as required by management
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Accounting / Finance
- Strong background in **costing, budgeting, or financial analysis**
- Experience working in **project-based or commercial environments** preferred
- Ability to support business teams with financial data and insights
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Preferred
- Experience in pricing, cost estimation, or proposal preparation
- Exposure to **engineering, construction, or industrial sectors** is a plus
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia
