- Accountant – Payable
- We are looking for a detail-oriented **Accountant- Payable** to join our finance team in a fast-paced **food distribution company**.
- If you have strong experience in **invoice processing, supplier reconciliation, and ERP systems**, this is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment.
- · **Key responsibilities**
- Process and record **supplier invoices** accurately and on time
- Perform **3-way matching** (PO, Delivery notes, GRN Invoice)
- Prepare and execute **payments** (bank transfers, cheques)
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor **credit terms** and ensure timely payments
- Support month-end closing activities
- Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams
- · **Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce / accounting
- 3–5 years of experience in **Accounts Payable**
- Experience in **FMCG / Trading / Distribution** is preferred
- Hands-on experience with **ERP systems** (Odoo preferable)
- Strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure
