Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare trial balances, financial statements, and complete accounting reports
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulations, including VAT and ZATCA requirements
• Prepare and submit VAT filings accurately and on time
• Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and control expenses
• Handle daily administrative and operational office activities
• Manage local purchasing processes in coordination with management
• Prepare quotations, pricing sheets, and commercial offers professionally
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Support audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Ensure accuracy, control, and discipline across all financial and operational processes

Requirements

• Maximum age: 30 years
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in accounting
• Strong and practical knowledge of Saudi VAT, Zakat, and ZATCA regulations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software / ERP systems
• Strong typing and document preparation skills
• Ability to handle both accounting and operational responsibilities efficiently
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in a similar operational accounting role within Saudi Arabia
