Accountant

About This Role

We are a 25-year-old, well established, small sized specialized technical company based in M9, Musaffah Indl. Area, Abu Dhabi, serving largely energy sector in the UAE and GCC countries.

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant and invite applications from suitable candidates to join our team. Candidates currently in the UAE and are on cancelled /visit/spouse visa are preferred as this is an immediate requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Assist with monthly and annual financial reports
• Handle petty cash, including disbursement, tracking, and reconciliation
• Assist in the preparation, filing, and documentation of VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations
• HR tasks such as attendance and payroll, employee benefits
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a small to medium-sized enterprise, with the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally or similar
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong command of English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
