Klima Air Conditioning Machines Manufacturing LLC is expanding its operations and is seeking a detail-oriented
Accountant
to manage our financial records.
Reporting directly to the Accounts Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining our daily financial health and ensuring accurate, compliant bookkeeping tailored to the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Bookkeeping:
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions (A/P, A/R, and general ledger), ensuring they are accurately and promptly recorded in the accounting system.
• Petty Cash Management
- Manage, disburse, and reconcile petty cash funds for daily operational expenses, maintaining strict logs and receipts.
- Financial Reporting:
- Support the Accounts Manager in preparing timely monthly financial statements, management reports, and assisting with month-end/year-end close processes.
• Compliance & VAT
- Manage and file UAE VAT returns accurately and on time, ensuring full compliance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
- Reconciliations:
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and consistently monitor cash flow.
• Costing & Inventory
Work closely with the manufacturing and procurement teams to track inventory costs, valuations, and material waste.
• Payroll & Audit
- Assist with payroll processing and liaise with external auditors as required.
- Quality Control:
- Maintain high standard quality control over all financial transactions and reporting.
