Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions.
- Maintain customer and supplier accounts.
- Track payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and reports.
- Assist with reconciliations and financial records.
- Maintain accurate records in Excel and accounting software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. (Must)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred.
