Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including processing customer and vendor invoices, receipts, payments, and travel & entertainment claims (Pemo / Concur).
- Prepare weekly accounts payable files (master records, receipts, payments) and maintain accurate settlement accounts with customers and vendors.
- Perform weekly and monthly vendor reconciliations and handle supplier statement reconciliations; address customer and vendor enquiries promptly.
- Assist in banking activities such as system updates, reconciliations, and weekly account reviews; ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and receipts in coordination with relevant departments.
- Update cash flow forecasts for KSA operations.
- Prepare month-end closing schedules including prepayments, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Support payroll and freelancer accounting processes, including payments and reporting.
- Prepare and manage statutory and financial reporting for KSA operations.
- Handle tax-related filings, including Corporate Tax, VAT, and Withholding Tax, and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Assist the Senior Accountant with internal reporting, finance compliance, and regulatory submissions (including GHT, VAT, WHT).
- Maintain proper fixed asset records and perform fixed asset reconciliations.
- Support statutory audit activities and ensure adherence to finance policies and internal controls.
- Perform other ad-hoc finance assignments as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 5 years of accounting experience.
- Preference for candidates familiar with KSA financial and regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and WHT / Zakat / other local KSA regulations.
- Proficiency with common ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, MS Excel).
- Strong analytical skills and communication abilities.
- Professional certification (e.g., CMA / CPA) considered an advantage.
