Job Description
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, bank reconciliations and financial statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management
- Process accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely payment and collections
- Monitor cash flow, forecast financial trends and assist with budgeting
- Prepare tax invoices for customers
- Prepare VAT return
- Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records
- Assist Finance Manager in monthly stock takes
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (CPA, ACCA or CA preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE
- Solid understanding of UAE VAT laws and Free Zone accounting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Knowledge of WPS payroll system is an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
