Accountant (Fluent in English Required)

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, support daily accounting operations, and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills, as they will be dealing with banks, auditors, and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries

Handle accounts payable and receivable

Perform bank reconciliations across multiple company accounts

Assist in preparing financial reports and statements

Support external audits and provide required documentation

Prepare and review invoices, payments, and expense reports

Coordinate with banks for transactions, compliance, and documentation (KYC, etc.)

Monitor cash flow and report to management

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and financial regulations

Maintain organized filing of financial and legal documents

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 2–4 years of experience (UAE experience preferred)

Fluent in English (written and spoken) – Mandatory

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to handle multiple companies/accounts is a strong advantage

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with trading, logistics, or multi-entity companies

Familiarity with banking procedures and compliance (KYC / AML)

Knowledge of international transactions and foreign currency handling
