As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Accountant & Financial Analyst to join our team in Dubai and work directly alongside our Chief Financial Officer.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about accounting and financial analysis and wants exposure to multiple businesses within a growing ecosystem.

You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting processes, analysing financial performance and helping leadership make informed decisions.

You will work closely with the CFO and gain hands-on exposure tocapital management , operations, financial planning and business performance across the DALVE portfolio.

· Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.

· Process invoices, payments and bank reconciliations.

· Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.

· Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

· Maintain general ledger records and supporting schedules.

· Support audit preparation and compliance requirements.Support the consolidation of multiple legal entities and preparation of consolidated financial statements.

· Support VAT and regulatory reporting obligations.

· Prepare financial models and performance reports.

· Analyse budgets, forecasts and cash flow.

· Monitor key financial metrics across portfolio companies.

· Support business case evaluations and capital management analysis.

· Assist in identifying risks, trends and growth opportunities.

· Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership.

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

· 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting (knowledge of consolidation of multiple legal entities is a plus), finance or financial analysis.

· Strong main accounting ERPs (i.e.

SAP), Excel and financial modelling skills.Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Professional level English, both written and spoken.

· Experience within the UAE is advantageous.

· ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
