Overview
Royal Beauty Lounge is looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team.
Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions
Prepare invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports
Manage payroll and WPS-related documents
Handle bank reconciliation and monthly financial reports
Assist in preparation of financial statements
Coordinate with management for accounting and financial matters
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records
Handle auditing-related tasks, including preparation of documents, supporting schedules, and coordination during internal/external audits
Review financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
Previous experience as an Accountant (beauty salon experience is an advantage)
Experience
in auditing-related work and audit preparation
Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel
Good knowledge of Qatar accounting practices and WPS
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
