Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and submit invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Coordinate procurement, negotiate best pricing, and confirm purchase orders.
- Assist with preparing and submitting VAT and Corporate Tax filings.
- Support external auditors with financial reports and basic financial analysis.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Monitor cost control and assist with budgeting.
- Maintain accounting records using Zoho Books.
- Ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards.
Requirements
- Relevant accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Must currently reside in the UAE.
- Proficiency in Zoho Books is advantageous but not necessary.
- Basic understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Basic understanding of financial reporting and audit coordination.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
