Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced **Accountant** with a strong background in the **hospitality industry**, preferably in **restaurant accounting**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial operations, managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow and budgeting
- Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Coordinate with auditors and management on financial reviews
- Prepare monthly P&L statements specific to F&B operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)
- Strong understanding of UAE VAT and financial compliance
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
