Overview

Key Responsibilities

• **Financial Record Keeping**
• Maintain daily accounting entries (receipts, payments, journal entries).
• Record government fees (immigration, labor, municipality, etc.).
• Monitor visa processing expenses and service charges.
• **Accounts Payable & Receivable**
• Issue invoices to clients for:
• Visa processing
• Trade license renewal
• Emirates ID services
• Work permits
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process supplier payments (typing centers, medical centers, etc.).
• **Bank Reconciliation**
• Reconcile company bank statements monthly.
• Monitor online transfers for government-related payments.
• **VAT Compliance (UAE)**
• Prepare VAT returns in compliance with the Federal Tax Authority.
• Ensure proper VAT treatment of service charges and reimbursements.
• Maintain VAT documentation for audit purposes.
• **Payroll Processing**
• Prepare employee salaries.
• Process WPS transfers through approved banks.
• Record commissions for sales or PRO agents.
• **Expense Monitoring**
• Track visa deposits and government security deposits.
• Monitor operational expenses.
• Prepare cost analysis per client or project.
• **Financial Reporting**
• Prepare monthly profit & loss statements.
• Generate cash flow reports.
• Assist management in budgeting and forecasting.
• **Audit Support**
• Prepare financial documents for external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• **Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.**
• **Understanding of basic financial concepts.**
