Job Title: Accountant Location: Dubai, UAE

• 【Job Summary】
• We are looking for a reliable Junior Accountant to handle daily bookkeeping and treasury tasks.
• The role focuses on basic accounting entries, bank operations, and payroll processing for our multicultural team.
• 【Core Responsibilities】
• Bookkeeping: Accurately record daily transactions, expense vouchers, and maintain up-to-date ledger entries.
• Cashier & Banking: Handle petty cash, prepare bank transfers, and issue cheques. Visit banks for cash withdrawals or deposits as needed.
• WPS Payroll: Process monthly salaries for Chinese and expatriate staff through the WPS (Wages Protection System) ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Documentation: Organize and file all invoices, customs declarations, and tax receipts for VAT compliance and audit support.
• Coordination: Assist with basic administrative tasks and communicate with banks or suppliers regarding payments.
• 【Requirements】
• Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience (with at least 3 year in the UAE).
• Skills:
• Proficient in Excel and basic accounting software (e.g., Tally).
• Practical knowledge of UAE banking procedures and WPS payroll file generation.
• Language: Fluent in English; Arabic language and India language is prefered. Basic to functional English for banking and communication with expatriate colleagues.
• Traits: Honest, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Must be able to follow HQ instructions strictly.
