Accountant
- at Vertex Vision Real Estate is responsible for the end-to-end management of financial transactions and reporting.
- This role involves maintaining fiscal accuracy and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- **Financial Management:**
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including the handling of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- **Reporting & Reconciliation:**
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports; reconcile bank statements to resolve any financial discrepancies.
- **Record Keeping:**
- Maintain precise and accurate records of all daily financial transactions.
- **Compliance & Payroll:**
- Assist with the processing of payroll and ensure timely, accurate VAT filings.
Qualifications
- To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a strong financial background and specific technical expertise within the UAE market.
- **Education:**
- A Bachelor’s degree in
- Accounting or Finance

- **Experience:**
- A minimum of
- 2 years
- of accounting experience (experience within the
Real Estate
- sector is preferred).
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in accounting software such as
QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books

- Strong working knowledge of
UAE VAT Regulations
