Job Title: Accountant (Law Firm Experience Required)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong background in legal accounting within the UAE. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working in a law firm environment and be familiar with legal billing processes, client account management, and compliance requirements. CRM system experience (such as Lexzur or Zoho CRM) is essential.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a law firm (MANDATORY).
- UAE accounting experience is required.
- Experience with legal CRM systems such as Lexzur, Zoho CRM, or similar (MANDATORY).
- Strong knowledge of legal billing, time tracking, and client trust accounting.
- Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations of the law firm.
- Handle client billing, invoicing, and collections in line with legal practices.
- Maintain and reconcile client trust accounts.
- Monitor and ensure accurate time tracking and billing through CRM systems.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and financial regulations.
- Coordinate with lawyers to ensure accurate billing and cost allocation.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation for audits.

- Strong communication skills to liaise with legal teams and clients.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
