Summary Of Job Profile

• Responsible for Financial Accounting, Budgeting and MIS, and IT enablement for Dr.
• Joy Dental Clinics.
• Responsible for instituting, directing and controlling the financial policies and activities within the group company.
• · Daily accounting duties, including, but not limited to bank account reconciliation, AP/ AR management, invoicing, and other regular accounting duties.
• · Preparation of financial reports, including, but not limited to the P&L, on both the ad hoc and the regular basis (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly)
• · Assisting in preparing audit reports and liaising with the external auditors.
• · Maintenance & Accounting of Petty Cash on Day-to-Day basis
• · Maintenance of Bank Book & Bank Reconciliation on Monthly basis
• · Accounting of Expenses on Day-to-Day basis as an when Occurred
• · Prepares Assets, Liabilities, and Capital Account Entries by compiling & analyzing account information
• · Negotiating with Suppliers in respect of Financial Transactions regarding Rates & Payment Terms
• · Management of Sundry Debtors & Sundry Creditors with Ageing Analysis
• · Payments pertaining to Salaries, Commissions, other Expenses, Payments to Suppliers etc. as per due dates assigned
• · Maintenance & recording of entire Income & Expenses in “Tally ERP9” Accounting Software on Day-to-Day basis
• · Prepares Financial Reports, Statement of Accounts by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information & trends
• · Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
• · Liaison with External Auditors for the Annual Audit
• · Managing the entire gamut of Financial & Accounting Activities
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Education, Experience, Certification required for the position:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
