Choose UAE is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant (Backend Operations) to handle daily financial processes and maintain accurate books. The role is primarily focused on backend accounting and operational finance, with occasional support for basic client-related tasks such as registrations or compliance submissions.
✅ Key Pre-Requisites
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Hands-on experience with cloud accounting software (QuickBooks Online or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet monthly deadlines
- Immediate availability (no notice period) preferred
💼 Core Responsibilities
- Daily Payments & Confirmations: Process supplier/vendor payments, confirm transactions, and handle related financial operations.
- Bookkeeping Entries: Record transactions accurately in accounting software, ensuring updated and error-free ledgers.
- Financial Accuracy: Reconcile bank statements, review supporting documents, and maintain organized, audit-ready records.
- Reporting: Prepare periodic summaries of payables, receivables, and cash flow.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the operations and client-handling team to support backend finance needs.
- Secondary Tasks (Client Support): Assist with basic client-related administrative work such as corporate tax registration or similar compliance steps.
