Elite Sports Academy is a leading sports services company in the UAE, renowned for its dedication to providing high-quality services such as sports coaching and development, ECA programs for schools, sports holiday camps, and facility management.
We offer a comprehensive range of curricular and extra-curricular sports programs delivered by fully-qualified coaches throughout Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
The Candidate
- We are looking for a Full-time **Accountant** with key responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Tracking monthly school cost for all venues.
- Preparing monthly revenue ledger & submit to venues (having shared revenue agreements)
- Reconciling monthly School cost against SOA received from schools – highlight descrepancy – if any.
- Record monthly school cost, external league revenue & cost, referee cost in QB.
- Coordinate & process the wage sheet of new employees / part time coach & referee.
- Check & update employee deductions
- Preparing Monthly Staff Salary.
- Coordinate with PRO for SOA
- Setting up supplier’s payments online
- Supplier payment
- School – facility hire payment.
- Employees (Advances / Reimbursements etc)
• PRO (advance /settlement)
- Utility payments
- Prepare & submit quarterly VAT Return
- Preparing monthly Profit & Loss Account
- Preparing monthly Balance Sheet
- Preparing monthly Cash Flow Statement.
Job Qualifications
- Completed Bachelors Degree of Commerce, M.Com, Inter CA or equivalent
- 2 years proven experience as Accountant
- Can join immediately
- Locally available
