About This Role
Job Title: Accountant
Location: Dubai South (DWC – Airport)
Salary: Up to AED 7,000
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Requirements:
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and filing procedures .
- Hands-on experience with AR, AP, and invoice processing .
- Experience in handling vendors and contractors .
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a site-based role .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Prepare and process invoices , payments, and expense reports accurately.
- Handle UAE VAT filing , ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for payments, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Support audits by providing required documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
