Overview

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, bank reconciliations, and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in HR Management services, travel-related accounting, or the food industry will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, payment processing, collections follow-up, and vendor/customer account maintenance.
• Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring accurate recording of transactions.
• Maintain accurate accounting records through journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor and record financial transactions related to HR Management Services, Travel Services, and Food Industry operations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, HR, and other departments to support financial processes and resolve accounting-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal financial controls.
