Nestseekers Real Estate is currently looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team immediately.

About the Role
As an Accountant, you will handle the day-to-day financial operations of the business, support month-end closing, and provide accurate financial reports to support management decisions.
You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to ensure smooth financial processes, proper reconciliations, and compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities including journals, ledgers, AP, AR, and bank entries
- Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L and balance sheet
- Perform bank, client, and account reconciliations
- Handle payroll, supplier payments, and collections follow-ups
- Maintain VAT records and support VAT filing
- Assist with audits and prepare required documentation
- Generate financial reports and analysis for management
- Identify areas for improvement and strengthen internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and VAT regulations
- Familiarity with AML and compliance requirements
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA is an advantage
