Job Description
We are looking for an Accountant with excellent Excel skills to join our team. The candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn. Freshers are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records
- Handle petty cash and daily expenses
- Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices
- Maintain invoice filing and payment tracking
- Update and manage stock inventory records
- Monitor incoming and outgoing stock
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies
- Data entry and report preparation in Excel
- Assist with monthly closing and financial reports
- Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments
- Handle office documentation and basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
