Alyah Auditing Accountants is a UAE-based auditing and accounting firm providing audit, tax, VAT, and compliance services to clients across the UAE.
**Job Description**
Handle complete accounting, bookkeeping, VAT & Corporate Tax compliance for our UAE SME clients.
You’ll manage end-to-end client accounts from data entry to FTA filing.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Accounting & Bookkeeping: Full-cycle bookkeeping for 10-20 clients using Tally Prime / Zoho Books / Xero / QuickBooks. Sales, purchase, expense, bank, journal entries.
- VAT: Prepare & file UAE VAT returns on FTA portal. VAT Registration, VAT reconciliation, VAT De-registration, input/output tax review, VAT audit support.
- Corporate Tax (CT): Maintain CT records, calculate taxable income, prepare CT returns, ensure compliance as per UAE CT Law.
- Bank Reconciliation: Monthly bank + credit card recos, ledger scrutiny, AR/AP aging.
- Reporting: Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, MIS for client management.
- Client Coordination: Collect documents, clarify queries, support during audits.
- Client Visits: Visit client offices/places for document collection, account review, system setup, and resolving queries on-site.
**Requirements**
- Education: B.Com / M.Com. ACCA/CA Inter preferred
- Experience: 1-2 yrs in accounting firm handling UAE clients + client handling
- Skills: Tally Prime + Zoho/Xero, UAE VAT + CT basics, MS Excel, communication for client visits
- Other: Ready to travel across Emirate as needed
