*Our growing company is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Accountant to join our team.
If you have a background in accounting, a passion for real estate, and strong analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.
You’ll be responsible for preparing financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.*
Must Have
- Has an attested certificate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Have knowledge in ODOO software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze income and expenses associated with these properties
- Prepare monthly financial reports for real estate properties
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Ensure that all accounts are reconciled with appropriate documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
