Overview
- Manage the full cycle of Accounts Payable by booking all supplier bills into Xero immediately upon receipt, ensuring every entry includes a clear, scanned digital copy of the source document for audit readiness.
- Generate and book all client invoices for customized orders, ensuring accurate VAT treatment per FTA guidelines.
- Record and apply all incoming and outgoing payments against their respective invoices and bills daily.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations within Xero to ensure the ledger reflects live cash positions.
- Record all intercompany transactions in real time, ensuring the "Due to/Due from" accounts remain perfectly synchronized with the sister company’s records.
- Oversee the disbursement and replenishment of office petty cash, maintaining a digital log of all vouchers and receipts.
- Prepare monthly payroll, ensuring accurate calculations of overtime or deductions, and handle the final disbursement through the WPS (Wages Protection System).
- Maintain and reconcile Partner Current Accounts, tracking drawings and capital injections with precision.
- Place orders with fabric and trim suppliers, monitoring lead times and production requirements.
- Coordinate all logistics via DHL, including booking shipments and preparing the necessary commercial invoices and customs declarations for international dress deliveries.
- Coordinate closely with the PRO to manage visa-related expenses, labor contracts, and legal fee payments, ensuring all costs are correctly allocated.
- Collaborate with the Purchaser to verify and record local expenses, ensuring all receipts for local procurement are accounted for and reconciled.
- Support in providing reports with regards to customer aging (receivables), payables, and current account balances.
