Responsibiliti
- esPrepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statement
- s.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and transaction
- s.Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring the accuracy of accounts and recording of financial transaction
- s.Record and classify financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other expenses or revenue
- s.Manage bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure proper fund managemen
- t.Assist in the development and preparation of annual budgets and financial forecast
- s.Monitor budget utilization and provide variance analysis to support financial decision-makin
- g.Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure adherence to budgetary guideline
- s.Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws and regulation
- s.Stay updated on tax laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance and identifying tax-saving opportunitie
- s.Manage rent payment processes by receiving payments from tenants, issuing receipts for each transaction, and promptly updating relevant record
- s.Process payments for invoices received and ensure timely payment to vendors and supplier
- s.Maintain accurate records of bounced cheques and handle necessary updates or follow-up
