Accountant
- who understands not just numbers, but how modern businesses operate.
- We’re building an AI-powered accounting solution designed for founders and SMEs.
- Now we need a professional who can bring real-world accounting expertise into a fast-moving product environment.
- What you’ll do
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Record and reconcile financial transactions
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and tax requirements
- Support invoice and expense workflows within BookBI
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve accounting logic inside the app
- What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting
- Experience with UAE accounting standards (VAT is a plus)
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
- Comfortable working with digital tools / accounting software
- English — professional level
- Nice to have
- Experience working with startups or SaaS products
- Interest in AI / automation in finance
- Ability to think beyond routine accounting and contribute to product improvement
