As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly.
What You'Ll Do
- Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable — invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable, verify invoices, and ensure timely vendor payments
- Reconcile AR/AP ledgers and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Prepare and maintain aging reports and cash flow forecasts
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/clients on billing matters
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist with filing
- What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in AR/AP accounting
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and VAT regulations in the UAE
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English
