Job Summary

Financial Record Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Record daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.
• Maintain the general ledger and supporting documentation.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process supplier invoices and prepare payments in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Assist in preparing financial data for audits and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations in Qatar.

Inventory & Cost Control Support

• Coordinate with operations to monitor inventory costs and stock records.
• Track expenses and support cost-control initiatives.
• Assist management with budgeting and financial planning.

Payroll & Administrative Support

• Support payroll processing and maintain employee financial records.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, or retail environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Legal authorization to work in Qatar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification (such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Experience handling full-cycle accounting processes.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory accounting.

• Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
