Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Philippine National , **Sr.
Accountant** with 3 to 5 years of accounting experience to join our Finance team.
The ideal candidate will support daily financial operations, and ensure accurate record-keeping in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Record and reconcile daily transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts and journal entries
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Help prepare documentation for audits and tax filings
- Maintain accurate financial records and organized filing systems
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Prepare project costing
- Prepare Payroll
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing or payment issues
- And process and monitor any related financial transactions
• Locally Available, Preferred Philippine National
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- With an understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
- Well knowledgeable in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- With analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
