Overview

**We’re Hiring:** **Accountant**

**Location:** Doha, Qatar

**Company:** Project Services Co.

Qatar W.L.L.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee financial transactions, ensure accuracy in financial reporting, and support the organization’s financial integrity.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Classify, record, and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Enter and update financial data into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper settlement of financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant financial regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting, Accounting, or any related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience in an accounting role in a construction company.
  • Strong hands-on experience in financial accounting and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Practical experience with accounting software and financial systems.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools is an advantage.
