Key Responsibilities
· Ensure up to date accounting of sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and other transactions
· Prepare sales invoice to customers
· Managing the Payment and Receipts and co-ordinate with banks for matters such as timely payment processing, ensuring collections are properly credited etc.
· Preparing and Maintaining Cash Flows
· Maintaining Petty Cash records for office and operations
· Preparing and ensuring cost sheets per cargo are updated
Job Requirements
· A college degree in accounting with at least 3 years’ experience
· Good understanding of Accounting standards and policies
· Excellent spoken and written English is a must
· Computer literacy – excellent working knowledge of accounting software, MS office
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
