Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage the purchase cycle from supplier quotations and approvals through purchase orders and delivery follow-up.
• Maintain supplier, product, and inventory records in Odoo ERP and ensure accurate business analytics.
• Process supplier invoices and inventory receipts and validate transactions.
• Coordinate shipments and procurement with the Logistics/Parts Manager.
• Record supplier payments, expenses, and petty cash; perform bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile supplier statements, monitor accounts payable balances, and track advances against invoices.
• Prepare periodic reports, AP aging, and cash-flow planning support.
• Check VAT compliance and maintain supplier documentation for FTA requirements.
• Maintain procurement and accounting files and coordinate with suppliers, IT, and other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 4–5 years of UAE accounting experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills and understanding of UAE VAT.
• UAE driving licence required.
• CIMA, CPA, or UAECA is advantageous; Odoo ERP, SAP, or Oracle experience is advantageous.
• Interest or experience in motorsport, racing, or automotive industries is advantageous.
