Helen & Sons is expanding and looking for a client-focused accountant to manage bookkeeping and accounting for multiple clients.
About the Role
We have a dedicated accounting sales team that brings in clients and collects initial documents.
Your role will be to take ownership after onboarding—ensuring accurate bookkeeping, reporting, and smooth client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle bookkeeping for multiple clients.
- Prepare and submit monthly P&L reports
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Follow up with clients for missing information.
- Coordinate with our Tax Consultant (VAT & Corporate Tax handled separately)
- Support audit requirements and documentation
- Act as the main point of contact for clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience handling multiple client accounts.
- Background in accounting firm/consultancy (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping & accounting.
- Good client communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and workload efficiently
What Makes This Role Important
This is not just a back-office role.
You will own client relationships and play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
