Nizamix is a UAE-focused business management platform with integrated ERP, VAT and eInvoicing, WMS, POS, B2B portal, procurement, marketplace, TRACE, and BI products.
The company is building VAT and eInvoicing workflows using the PINT AE data model, Exchange, and Reporting streams.
Role overview
The Accountant / Auditor will provide finance and tax authority for the product.
The role works directly with the product and engineering team.
What you'll do
- Validate ERP, VAT, and POS workflows against UAE VAT law, FTA requirements, and the eInvoicing data model.
- Write accounting and tax scenarios and test cases for the product team.
- Review system-generated tax invoices, credit notes, VAT returns, and reconciliations.
- Support client implementation with chart of accounts, VAT setup, data migration, and audit trail.
- Keep the team informed about FTA and Ministry of Finance regulatory changes.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of UAE accounting, audit, or tax experience.
- Hands-on UAE VAT experience.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Zoho, or Tally.
- Fluent English and Arabic; both languages are required.
- UAE Corporate Tax knowledge is a plus.
- ACCA, CPA, CA, or FTA Tax Agent registration is desirable.
- Big 4 or audit firm experience is a plus.
