Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant Assistant to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks.
The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Assist with invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance with 3 years of experience.
- Proven experience as an accounting assistant or similar role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and basic bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of local financial regulations.
