We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team at a dynamic trading company.
The Accountant will oversee financial transactions, ensure accurate accounting records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for all financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Support tax filings and compliance with financial regulations.
- Prepare reports on the company’s financial performance for management.
- Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
