We are seeking a part time detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant and Bookkeeper to manage our accounting payable and receivable, prepare company books for audit, and handle VAT filings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare company books for audit.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle invoices and upload them on quick books
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- **Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Accountant or Bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Office (especially Excel).
Experience
- Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
