About The Role
Handle day-to-day accounting across the Group — equipment rental, interior design, and real estate/tenant portfolio — using Zoho Books and Excel, with strong VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and monthly accounts in Zoho Books for all Group entities.
- Bill and track equipment rental invoices, job costing, and subcontractor/supplier accounts.
- Track interior design project costs against client billing and variation orders.
- Manage tenant ledgers, rent collection, lease renewals, and service-charge recharges.
- Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns and support Corporate Tax filings for all entities.
- Prepare AR/AP aging, cash flow reports, and support audits and management reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–4 years' accounting experience, ideally multi-entity or group exposure.
- Hands-on Zoho Books/Zoho One experience is mandatory.
- Advanced Excel skills; strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
- Real estate/tenant accounting experience is a plus.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
