Accountant / Admin – Experience in Interior & Fit-Out
Job Description / Responsibilities
We are seeking a qualified **Accountant / Admin** with strong experience in the **Interior & Fit-Out industry**.
The ideal candidate will manage company accounts, ensure compliance with UAE taxation requirements, and support daily administrative and project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all day-to-day company and project accounts, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Prepare and file **VAT** and **Corporate Tax** returns in compliance with **FTA** regulations.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, project coordination activities, and other company-related operations.
- Maintain all company records, track document expiry dates, and process timely renewals.
- Prepare LPOs, invoices, project documentation, and follow-ups as needed.
- Generate financial summaries, cost reports, and assist management with decision-making support.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- **Educational Qualification** (any one):
- **ACCA**, **CMA**, **CA**, **M.Com**, or any equivalent professional accounting degree.
- Minimum **3–5 years** experience in an Interior & Fit-Out / Construction company in UAE (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of **VAT**, **Corporate Tax**, and UAE accounting standards.
- Expertise in **Quick Books / Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite** (mandatory).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), documentation handling, and reporting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- **Valid UAE Driving License** is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
